Born in San Diego’s underground scene, 12 Gauge Trixie brings glam-metal swagger, punk attitude, and raw rock ’n’ roll energy to the stage. Formed in 2023, the band draws from the grit of Guns N’ Roses and Mötley Crüe, the intensity of Rage Against the Machine, and the rebellious spirit of ’70s punk, channeling those influences into a sound with its own bite. Their chemistry starts in the rehearsal room, where riffs become songs through a collaborative, instinctive process. That same energy carries into their live shows: loud, electric, and unapologetically their own. From early sets in Ocean Beach to San Diego’s beloved Ché Café, 12 Gauge Trixie has approached the stage with a simple philosophy: trust the music, commit to every performance, and keep pushing forward.
